The George Rogers Clark film will use the latest in media technology to tell important stories from over 200 years ago. More than a linear narrative on George Rogers Clark that slides from point A to point B, this project will integrate different stories into the whole story of the western frontier.
Using interactive video technology, children, parents, and teachers will be able to expand on the different aspects of life during certain points throughout the film.
For example, when fur traders and Native Americans are trading, viewers can interact with the story and dive deeper into what types of objects would be traded and why.
With this interactive option, the story, passively engaging by itself, becomes an exciting digital playground for children to explore and engage themselves!
Please help us bring the whole story to our grade schools.
